Contractor Verification Letter (COA/COE): How to Access and Request

A Step-By-Step Guide For Downloading Your Verification Letter Via DEEL

  1. Sign in to your MyMEDVA Deel account. (Contract must be fully signed first.). https://my.medva.com/

  2. Open the Contract View for the specific contract (the same screen they used to review/sign).

  3. Look for the “Verification Letter” (or similar) download action on the contract page and select Download Contractor Verification Letter.

  4. For additional verification, the entity can send the request directly to hr@medva.com, attaching the corresponding permission from the VA to verify the information on the letter.

  5. For VAs located in Venezuela, please send your request directly to hr@medva.com, and the HR team will assist you with obtaining your Contractor Verification Letter.
